Our Story

Founded by sisters Hailey and Lexie, Jorrae Wellness was born from a personal journey of
healing and a shared passion for helping others—just like a sister would. As they got older,
they began facing unexpected and uncomfortable health challenges like chronic bloating,
IBS, and acne. Traditional solutions weren’t enough, and they knew they needed a different
approach.


Determined to find relief, Hailey and Lexie furthered their education to become certified
health coaches, diving deeper into nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle changes.
With the help of targeted lab testing, they transformed their own health—and discovered
just how powerful it is to have a supportive guide along the way. Inspired by their
experience, they created Jorrae Wellness to be that support for others. Because everyone
deserves a “sister” to walk with them on their wellness journey.

gut. We begin with an in-depth
health history and a GI-MAP
test to get a complete picture

there, we create a personalized
protocol based on the 5Rs:

Repair, and Rebalance. The

Our 3-Month Lifestyle Health Coaching Program is designed to help you build
a sustainable wellness routine that fits your life. As certified health
coaches, we guide you through personalized, biweekly sessions focused on
creating lasting habits around nutrition, movement, stress resilience, and
lifestyle balance. This is about more than quick fixes—it’s about
reconnecting with your body, feeling confident in your skin, and walking
away with the tools to support your health long-term.

Acne Support

Our Acne Support Program takes a
whole-body approach to clearer
skin. We begin by assessing key
lifestyle factors—like stress, diet,
and daily habits—that may be
contributing to breakouts. If we
suspect deeper imbalances, such as
gut disruption or hormonal shifts,
we may recommend targeted testing
to better understand what’s going
on beneath the surface. From there,
we create a personalized, practical
routine to support healing from the
inside out—so you can build
healthier skin and lasting
confidence.
